I am planning to book a holiday from the 17th till the 24th August and I plan to spend 4 nights on the Costa Brava and then the rest in the centre of Barcelona?
Can you please give me some tips and guidance please.

Hi Charlene
Thanks for getting in touch.
It’s a little hard to offer you guidance for your 4 days on the Costa Brava without knowing what kind of things you like to do. For example;
If you like scuba diving or kite surfing we would recommend L’Estartit.
If you like windy water sports (wind surfing, kite surfing, sailing) we would recommend Empuriabrava or Roses.
If you like snorkelling we would recommend the Begur beaches.
If you want remote we would recommend Cadaques.
If you want small beaches/coves that you can walk between (not necessarily short walks) we would recommend the Begur beaches.
If you want fishing village beaches we would recommend Cadaques, Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell or Tamariu.
If you want plenty of nightlife we would recommend Platja d’Aro or Lloret de Mar.
Hope that has given you some help in deciding where on the Costa Brava you would like to visit.
